Good and super drinkable but was hoping for more. Maybe wait a few years on the next bottle.

Mar 15th, 2021Nose has slate/petrol notes, lime zest, lime slice, broken flint, orange blossom and very under-ripe green apple slice.
Palate has generous ripe apricot, lime peel, lime slice, petrol/plastic notes, dehydrated orange with a lush, mouth coating finish, long and beautiful.
Decanted 6H, then double decanted and slow oxidation overnight, this bottle has been open 23H at the time of notes.
This bottle is really starting to come together, but should have a long life ahead. Next check-in suggested 2026-2030+.
