Chalky limestone with lyophilized lemon rind and pith. So pure and simple with perfectly round and smooth body. If natural had a taste, this is it. Like hand wringing a root into the glass.

Took about 45 minutes to be approachable and then was pretty ripe and supple. Anjou-like. Interested to see where this goes but I wouldn’t advise opening right now. Hopefully there is a more complex story to be told here.
