Absolutely delicious! Decided to do all-Florentine menu: Bistecca alla Fiorentina, Patate alla Contadina, and Fagioli all’Olio. Not only did it pair and compliment, this Barolo enhanced each dish. Great depth and taste when decanted for about 90 minutes!
