Let it breathe a while. First taste was yes! Then, oh...as a very ripe banana flavor or over ripe fruit taste hit. wasn't a fan of it but it mellowed out. Not too sweet, a little spice, a little earthy, moderate acidity and tanins. Enjoyed very much.
