The meat of black olives, minus the salinity. Still very young and grippy with tannins. Such a beauty - hope we can hold off opening our other bottle and see where it goes in a few years.

Very nice quaff. Low alcohol, good acidity, bright red fruit, tannins grip on the finish.

Has gotten richer with some age. Still quite grippy. Good acidity. Not terribly complex but tasty. Paired nicely with pizza.

I was surprised by the amount of tannic grip this had, closing down on the finish. It’s bright, with a burst of fruit and acidity on the front palate. Light bodied as you’d expect.

Similar to my last bottle: fruit reads a touch darker and richer but bright, refreshing and with tannins that provide pleasant grip on the finish (which reads way more Freudian than I'd like but I'm too tired to revise it).

Beautiful soft red to accompany a raw fresh tomato sauce over pasta.

Big tannin punch tempered by black fruit and cedar. Young; it was lovely with cured pork but alone it needs some time to mellow.

Love this wine, but want to let 2015 sit for awhile- much room for this to integrate and complexity over time.

Sadly, past it’s prime.
