Delicious. Made from the world’s oldest cinsault vines, this wine has some intense red fruit, some funk and bright acidity.

Funky barnyard, floral, perfumed nose, quickly transforms into an earthy ripe red berry nose, oak, baking spice. Almost like a pinot noir.
On the palate, dry, red berries, well integrated tannins, high acidity, mushroom, crispy autumn leaves, forest floor, slight saline finish. I like!

Medium minus garnet. Very fresh and fruity hibiscus, raspberry, stemmy, licorice. Medium body (13.3%), pretty high acid, medium minus powdery astringency. Lovely balance. Better without food.
