Great Pinot. Has years to go. Deep berries. Long earthy finish.

Another 2014 St. Innocent Pinot Noir with serious intensity. Big tannins, broad mouthfeel and tons of juicy black fruit character. Secondary licorice, tobacco and black tea notes that linger for well over a minute. This won’t reach its peak form for several more years, but the potential is huge.

Located in Salem, OR; Founded May 1988 by Mark Vlossak & 8 investors, producing only 396 cases in 1st year, gradually increasing capacity to 6800 cases in 2004. Big aromas of ripe berry fruit with layers of complex spices. Blackberry & Raspberry flavors with exotic spice and herbal tea notes, great mouthfeel. Round full tannins, good acidity balance, lingering intense ending. Very Nice!

Curious. Haven't had that much from Oregon so was more unique. Perhaps needed to breathe for a while. Would try again. Out of a 375.

Big Pinot, big body, hints of tea, dark fruit, have a case will wait 3-6 months for the next bottle as it has time to get better!!
