Cedar, rose petal, tart red cherry, floral honey, currants, date, and raisin. Delicious. Takes a bit to open up. Worth the wait.

Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, a baked cherry, florals, earth and thyme. On the palate, cherry, thyme and earth. With the flavors evolving in that order: fruit first, with some florals, followed by long lasting thyme and finally finishing with a dusty earthiness. Medium to full body with tannins still quite bold but balanced well enough. $60 at total wine.
