Apr 22nd, 2017Subtle red fruits and herbs on the nose, very drying peppery tannins on the palate that are completely balanced by the delicious lamb roast that chef is serving for Christmas dinner! The red fruits shine through with food, and the tannins come back in at the end to longer on.

Haven’t posted in a while. I bought a case of this wine after buying a bottle for $12. This is everything I want in a weekday wine. Delicacy. Juicy on entry with brisk acidity and then tannin lift. Grenache dark fruits are there but delicate and pleasant with cinnamon and bright raspberry. Sign me up!
