Dec 2nd, 2017Not tons of action for aroma. Some earthy and cherry stuff. Flavor is also earthy with a hint of kombucha. Plenty of tannin on the finish. Bit vegetal. Sorta apple-y with a hint of apple cider vinegar perhaps. A very complex and Oregon-y Pinot.
