Agree with the comments- showing very well for its youth. At first, opened up with tangy tannins - almost like a Beaujolais. After an hour (not decanted, bottle only) subtle fruits came through with a hint of leather and tobacco. Still a new world Barolo, but with a nod to the old world. Nicely done - glad SW talked me into buying - will hold well for years.

Some might consider this baby killing but it is crazy delicious - ripe fruit, florals, and grippy tannins. I don't know how I can cellar my other bottles. This is so good right now.
