Aug 7th, 2022Very nice but still definitely could use some time to resolve. Decanted for 2 hours and had with pork chops. Nose is nearly incredible - dark cherry leaps from the glass. At this stage the tannins are somewhat unintegrated - one to try in another year or two. Excellent freshness on the long finish.
