Yet another example of why I cellar quality Chardonnay. Sur lies evident when turned upright from the cellar. Oak was subtle, but structure and ripe stone fruit made this a pleasurable pairing for a 14 course NYE tasting at Roe.

Need to drink at room temp. 2005. Good cork. Nice pale yellow color. A little bit of a tang to the taste. Smoother and more rock when at room temp. Better than prior bottles drank.

Deep, rich color. Flint and vanilla on the nose with a slight hint of tropical fruit. Complex palate with pear, vanilla and citrus. Long finish. Excellent wine
