Classic. Called Alsace PG. Different texture and fruit types than PG, perhaps even less acid?

Dried apricots, honey, medium plus acidity.

Made me forget about Sauternes. This was paired with Creme Brûlée and OMG. Magical.

Perfectly lovely nectar at L’Etoile

Delicious

A lovely nose. Intense peach with marmalade orange and a hint of mint. This runs into a menthol like note that carries and raises the midpalate. Lovely and sweet but lifted in the palate with glycerin and good delicate acidity. Not too cloying- precise and deft. Excellent.
