Terrific compliment to salted dark chocolate carmels. One of the best cabs we had in a while. Worth every sip.

Do you like California cabs? Are you willing to pay a premium since you love big-red-but-angelic tannins? Get this and don't look back. Or any of the cabs from O'Shag, I've had nothing but greatness from their Howell Mountain and Mt Veeder vintages. Pair with your favorite cut of steak, and maybe throw on some Sinatra while you're at it.
Friendly tip - definitely let it breathe for an hour, maybe even two to let it open up for total enjoyment of its potential.

Wow big bold and beautiful right away. Tons of rich fruit. After an hour it mellowed out.
