I'm a great fan of @Jay McInerney 's principle that anyone attempting to discuss the taste of rose in public should immediately be thrown in the pool so I will just say this- crisp, acidic and refreshing on a hot summer weekend in the Hudson Valley, it does exactly what it's supposed to do and is cracking value in 3L bag in box. Bravo.
