Acidity - balanced. Lightness yet depth. Can imagine drinking this in summer with raw clams, and winter with a spicy pumpkin soup. Delicious

Has some weight but linear and precise. Citrusy, lemony zest, but a stony undercurrent. Great acidity. Really good ish.

Without a doubt the best Grüner I've had up to this point. Delightfully fleshy with a bit of weight yet so lean and precise, with such purity of fruit. Love when skilled winemakers can craft that juxtaposition with white wine. It's the same textural thing that I love about a lot of good Alsace Riesling. Lovely concentration of aromatics and flavor. Grapefruit and lemon pith, slightly underripe nectarine, and cantaloupe fruit character, underscored by white pepper, fresh sorrel, wet river stone, and fresh spring snap peas; all delivered with a veritable lightning beam of acidity. Incredible freshness. Would love to throw a couple of these in the wine fridge and forget about them for a few years and see how they develop.

Corn silk clear. Smells like green almonds and a bit of cloves. Tastes of salt, lemon, rocks and bitter melon. Has a medium finish with the residual acid coming thy but nothing overpowering.

Fell in love with Gruner Veltliner in Austria and this is the best bottle yet. Drank at Stiftskeller St. Peter in Salzburg.
