Serious 1er Chablis from Fevre . Mineral driven ,citrus zest , and a remarkable wine. The 2014's white Burgundy are apparently an epic vintage in the making.

Mineral and very fresh. Green apple, mandarine and soft vanilla on finish. A good choice for Chardonnay Day.
