Massively rich. Dark 🍒, blackberry, cassis, tar, pencil lead. All the dark things. Long, intense finish. Decant for hours.

2022/1/22-23 with pot au feu, then Japanese marinated duck breast and soba, etc. This was quite brown and spicy on day one (though still delicious), but on day two it had regained some youth to become wonderfully balanced and moreish.
