What a fun bottle! Dark, rich fruit matched with vibrant acidity and silky tannin. Magic in a bottle!

This was surprisingly juicy for a young blend of petite sirah and cinsault. Pepper and blackberries, bright and lifted, leaves a lovely silky feeling in the mouth long after the last drop.

Listed as Petite on list- front label just has winery name- is a blend. Very odd. Volatile - I know this guy is a great winemaker- can't make heads or tails here.

Decent petit Syrah - really young, takes a while to open up but worth it

For the meal, it's bright, tart, smooth, great with the Asian spices. With food it's a 9,standalone it's more of an 8.8.

If I could rate it less I would, tastes like a school project forget Scholium project. Disjointed, over extracted, acidified, totally manipulated. I really wanted to like this because I liked the whites. I'm so pissed right now. Undrinkable.

I will order some funk with a side of funk. A mix bag for me .
