Jul 20th, 2016Yellow color with hint of the green on the rim. Hint of green pepper, mineral, ripen apricot and pineapple aromas on the nose. Med body, med p acidity, med p intensity. Good minerality and bitterness comes with hint of pineapple flavors. Med p finish with bitter, minerality. Drunk with ricotta cheese and black truffle.
