Pears and stones with lemon oil on the nose. Light touches of yellow apple and flowers. Palette is beautifully linear with fresh lemons, red apples, and an intense minerality that lasts through a long and refreshing finish.

Appreciated the typical Chablis acidity but surprised by very ripe flavors. Hints of white raisins reminiscent of CA Chardonnay.
