たしかに薄い。でもそれがいい。優しい香りとバランスのとれた酸味果実味タンニン感。開けてすぐに飲み頃。
醤油砂糖味醂で煮込んだ鶏肉との相性最高。和食に合うブルゴーニュ。家飲みとして好き。
2日目
ベリー感が出てきて、口いっぱいに広がる旨味の詰まった酸味。こんなに化けるとは思わなかった。ポテンシャルを感じた。

Day1 The taste is mild in positive meaning. We could enjoy it when we have opened it. We drinked it with Japanese food such as chicken with soy sauce, sugar and sweet sake.
Day 2 It has changed into strawberry. It was beyond my expect.
