Grabbed this bottle because I was in a 'screw it, Napa cab!' kinda mood. Didn't realize it was a cab Franc dominant Bordeaux blend until I got it home, and I wasn't disappointed. Old world finesse and elegance coming out of Napa is a real winner in my book

Young chalky fruit. This one is way more dense than the 2010. Wasn't so sold on it back then, but this vintage is much better. Lots of toasted oak on the Finish. Already very structured at such a young age. Wins the QPR award at 44 bucks!
