In the middle are fruit flavors, immediately outside from the inner circle is more dominant tar and leather flavors, and then layers and layers of very strong tannins in the outer circles... The tannin has length, lasting for a long time in your mouth, leaving you amazed for 10 minutes, then the craving for more begins... I wonder about the winemaker's thoughts and perspectives on this wine after making this wine!

What a difference a year makes. After a slumber in the Eurocave, it has become a lot more interesting. The fruit now pops even more and the character of dried berries, a hint of tobacco, and it is excellent. The tannins seem softer, and the acidity is not as harsh as it was at first.
