Minerals and unripe fruit on the nose. Palate is a changeup, beguiling zingy peach skin opening, then unripe kiwi, next a hint of sweetness, followed by a killer acidic rapier-like finish with a fantastic bitter note. Like ending on a diminished chord, brilliant and surprising.

Didn't fully reveal itself until day 2. But Ligurian Vermentino is unlike any other Vermentino. Slight bret, deep gulleys of sauvignon-type leek aromatics. Delicious.

Well balanced, smooth, and crisp, with a medium mouthfeel. Delicious with my fish!

Not my favorite on its own but spectacular with salumi & cheese. Bought it on close out for $15 which is a great value.
