Another vintage sparkler - 2009 vs 2011 - awesome. Great for June-50 toast.

New Year's Eve welcoming 2018 into existence. Saying goodbye to 2017 and its questionable cultural challenges and hello to a hopeful awakening. This sparkling is a perfect way to do this.

Creamy, bright, great acid and a lovely long finish! Tart apple and a hint of lemon zest. Very amazing sparkling!

High pedigree. Cold it tasted very much like quality champagne. Great mousse and mouthfeel. Very silky sparkler. Fresh cut apple, and lees. Definitely could tell this was Cali when it warmed up in the glass. Too much fresh fruit on the palate and the acid/minerality fell off.

Lovely #sparklingwine #californiasparklinewine very pure and crisp primary expression of Granny Smith apples. Nothing to envy of a Grand Cru Champagne. Beautiful texture and length.
