[Tasted on June 3, 2018 at the Belcourt Theatre]

Wine was served from the tank. Apple and citrus with vanilla on the finish. Not very complex, but restrained for California Chardonnay. Enjoyable for casual drinking.

Very balanced Chardonnay. Not too oaky, not too buttery, crisp acidity.

Popcorn, in the good way. Rich, but with acidity. Comes into focus with a little food.

Smooth taste with Citrusy aroma and taste and maybe a hint of oak. Pairs very well with Mahi Mahi.

This is Chardonnay done right. Excellent with or without food - well balanced.

A surprisingly balanced Chardonnay from SBC. Somewhat old world with less oak and the nose really comes through as it gets further from the fridge.
