Wine was served from the tank. Apple and citrus with vanilla on the finish. Not very complex, but restrained for California Chardonnay. Enjoyable for casual drinking.

A surprisingly balanced Chardonnay from SBC. Somewhat old world with less oak and the nose really comes through as it gets further from the fridge.
