So light that when it was poured I exclaimed it looked more like an ‘03 and not ‘13. But the color of the edges were not brown or rust. It’s tannins have not really dropped but was just made abnormally light. Drink now.

Burgundy night. Started off with a nice champagne followed by a Cali roussanne to calibrate the palates.

Tasted much older than it was. Truffled mushrooms and a jalapeño/white pepper note...almost chinon like? Quite herbal too.
