Out of the fridge it was too cold but the I liked the nose with lemon, elderflower (?) and silex. After a while and once it had warmed a bit the lemon took the stage. A very precise palate with a very long acid back bone, very mineral. A finish with lemon and a touch of butter. A bit under the level which I was expecting but perhaps my expectations were too high and my palate a bit tired.
