Bien aromatique, ouvert, un brin épicé. Très bon.

This is a little bit behind the village Morey in development. Which is to say it shows similarly to the way the Morey did the first time I had it, but it's not as good as the Morey was the last time I had it, when it had really opened up and picked up a rich, voluptuous texture that transcended the village level. This one's not quite there yet, as it's still a bit disjointed with the cedary oak poking out, but there is a nice layer of plummy fruit underneath.
