Jochen Dreissigacker's baby Riesling. The young winemaker from Rheinhessen region in Germany is respectful of his soils, using natural methods, limiting yields, harvesting by hand and vinifying using only indigenous yeasts. This 2014 Riesling reveals citrus, melon, white peach nuances, with an intense and lingering minerality on the palate. Dry(Trocken), but with a low residual sugar that gives softness and roundness to the wine.

Charmingly effervescent and pleasantly acidic with underlying lemon and grapefruit tones. Nice.
