Top Grosses Gewächs (Grand Cru) quality. Bosc pear, ginger root, sea salt. Distinguished and distinctive. Drink now to 2035 or beyond, depending on cellar conditions.

Beautiful creamy aromas up front, touch of SO2 that somewhat dissipates with swirling, on the palate absolutely lovely texture from the seemingly moderately ripe fruit, long, somewhat fat finish, very fine aged Oregon Pinot Gris!!

Beguiling. Besides the wonderful shrimp scampi we just enjoyed, my Princess and I thought of other dishes to pair with this nectar ranging from pork tenderloin with Apple chutney to Baklava and vanilla bean ice cream!
Truly unique!
