Initial nose of chocolate mousse and raspberry. (My 3 year old sommelier yelled 'smells like birthday cake'). Then closed down for a while. Two nights later, meat and olives added to the raspberry. Mousse gone. Needs time but not complaining.

By far the best of the three DuMol wines tasted last night. Still a rich wine but this one had much more depth and complexity than the other two did.
