Tropical fruits in chilling mountain air. Perfect kick back and relax Chenin. Great minerality, cold spring/mountain air element combined with ripe peaches, tropical fruits, crisp green apple, chamomile, white flowers and incredible, enveloping acidity. This wine was made for cheese- Port Salut, Humbolt Fog or St Agur. Slays most Chenin in its price range.

2014 - always rock steady - muted - a little sweeter then tender - I always root for more with this wine.

Classic Vouvray. Honeyed, rich, and dramatic, yet nearly dry with a sharp edge and soaring acidity. A can of peaches wielding a knife.

Bit surprised at how light & thin - also fairly austere & angular, nice structure & precise w/snappy acidity and clean finish. Aromatically muted w/apple skin, quince, lanolin, some floral & faint citrus.
