30/7 - having lunch @ #LeRelaisdesCaveaux with a few people and the La Guerrerie 2014 appeared, made with Côt and Gamay vinified on the skins in a Georgian Qvevri (amphora). The Qvevri buried in the ground to the neck. The wine is smooth, elegant, vivid, with freshness, red forest berries (juicyyy) a touch spicy & with sexy acidity..... True joy with with a beef tartare!
