Trailside Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice with some Wagyu center cut Ribeye

PnP. Lovely dark red color. Eucalyptus, cedar, caramel, and dark cherries on the nose. A nice sweetness on the palate with nice tannins and complexity. Might have to upgrade my score as this keeps getting better. Medium depth and long finish that has some port on the tail end.

Thyme, cherries and cocoa. Paired wonderfully with prime rib.

Nice balance between soft fruit on the front with mild tannins.

Love this wine. Continues to develop from the licorice and cassis on the nose to the wonderful berry and oak finish. Lingers on the pallet for about 10 seconds.

Beautiful wine with a firm structure. Notes of lavender, cassis, plum, blackberry, clove, tobacco, and mocha.

Bright-maybe a little young. Ok to drink

Haven’t had a Heitz for quite awhile and never had much Trailside but really enjoyed this one.

Dark cherry. Pepper. Oak.

Sweet sorrel smell, slight vanilla smell, purple magenta color, taste is woody, tannins are totally there all the way but don’t really go up or down, sweet and balanced, boysenberry strawberry raspberry (finish)
