Jul 15th, 2015Really tart, semi-ripe cherries, very very light in coloration, a dry tannic-heavy finish that makes one slightly piker but not in a bad way. Smell is not very apparent and after a few sips, it's a lot-a-cherry to cherish (in the right moment)
