Oh what a fantastic 2011. It has none of the off-putting “greeness” of the vintage, and instead shows incredible fruit purity, depth and infinite complexity. Any green quality that is present is merely herbal tones that play in the background and just add to complexity. On the palate it is deep and intense but weightless at the same time. Stays with you forever. Gorgeous.

A wonderfully pretty nose of bright red cherry, rose, lifted delicate acidity. Very three dimensional and clear. Uplifting and gorgeous. This is wow stuff.
