Med gold. Quiet nose even with air. Notes of lime blossoms, apricot, clay soil, tan spice and a hint of mint. Rich and expansive in the mouth. On open this seemed non interesting and California like. But it got more interesting with air. I’m still not a big fan of 05 white burgs but this was one of the better I’ve tried.

Excellent. Needed about an hour but boy did the wine change. Lasted more than four hours and delivered freshness, acidity and white flowers.
