All previous negative reviews were for ‘05 vintage. Guess the winemaker fixed the “problem” by 2012. $55 purchased in New Orleans to drink with our beef tenderloin, Holiday Dinner. Did not disappoint in fact, when I asked my wine guy for a solid burgundy for $50-60, he nailed it with this election. Very traditional and will purchase again. The acidity from ‘05 reviews not present here. Nice red fruit, but not overbearing. Second glass after a little air and chill was highlife if he evening.
