Almonds, citrus, and gun smoke initially. Cream, honeysuckle and lemon zest on the palate. The oak presense is noticeable and adds mouthfeel + structure. Enough acid to achieve a nice balance, very enjoyable and better then expected.

Great balance between voluptuousness and cut. Somewhat reminiscent of a Rhone white, though it possesses that unmistakable hazelnut Pinot Gris thing. Bien Nacido's Pinot Blanc, while the smaller component, comes through loud and clear, all nuts, honey, and stony minerality. Perfect wine for a Tuesday.

Great Pinot balance. Will definitely return to this one, especially as the weather heats up.

This one was super tight in the beginning yet it opened up after two hours. Apricots and a creaminess that is crazy for a white not going thru malolactic. It was on its lees for awhile. Great value.

A little bit sweet. Very unique. SUPER drinkable. Would pair great with chicken.

Fruit on the nose. A bit too sweet but everyone enjoyed it.
