freshness! lemon, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs ~ apples, pears, more lemons, dusty minerality w hint of dried herbs

Some fruit up front followed by minerals and then a slight citrus finish. Very enjoyable.

Wet stone and peach pit👍

Apple, lemon zest, slate, hay and hints of apricot. Good acidity and minerality.

Saline and mineral, but full bodied. Loving everything from Etna these days.

Refreshing acidity, mineral driven

A different kind of Etna volcanic wine. Less limestone and more butter and smooth tone. Less acid and more of a balanced quince, almost radish and subtle floral note. Amber yellow, which is expression of carricante and catarratto grape.

Great wine, bright, crisp, citrus, melon.
