Hints of apricot, grapefruit, and blackcurrent bud. Lacks the acidic backbone and thus has baby fat that hurts the overall finish.

Not overly complex, but solid. Great with salad. Patio pounder.

Light golden in color with a yellow tint.

Tart nose of green apples, white grapefruits, peaches, citrus, lemons, herbs, minerals, light liche, tropical fruits and white pepper.

Medium plus in body, and crisp with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, minerals, spices and sea salt.

Long tangy finish with limes and bitter almonds.

A nice Sauvignon Blanc based blend from Bordeaux, France. A Great food wine. I paired it with lobster bisk for the appetizers, and then with grouper with the meal. The wine is very lemony, which matched the grouper perfectly.

Needs to be served very chilled.

12% alcohol by volume.

Nice to find a white Bordeaux that's not swimming in cat pee, BO, and a massive pyrazine attack. Not incredibly interesting, but pleasant--enjoyed with a goat cheese and spring vegetable bruschetta!

Awesome white Bordeaux acidity, mouth feel. Tailor made for shellfish and verbal abuse.
