Celebrating Bastille Day with the spring dinner of the Confrerie St Etienne of Alsace association. Wonderful menu and perfectly paired wines.

Nice starter. Fairly dry and less complex than the Lucien Albrecht rosé which I love for the price. Still shows some nice strawberry shortcake, cherry tart and a small bit of limestone.
