Beautiful pale color, aromatics leap out the glass, flowers and fields, violets, wow! Tangy popping acid, tad more weight in fruit than I'm used to with Piedmontese interpretations, touch of iron that is likely the popping acidity seen through another lens. I like/love it well enough on its own, but this stuff is dangerously downable when enjoying food. Reacts well with both fat and spice. A winner.

Like drinking a jolly rancher, but in a good way! Succulent bright cherry. Maybe some herbs in the background. This is what I recall - had this about a month ago. Don't know the story behind Heitz planting this Piemonte narive, but I need to find out!

Beautiful color, very floral and light but delicious!! Very fun varietal. Definitely not to typical Napa Red.
