Woah. Funk. Needs time to blow off - probably too young. Earthy notes, pine, spice. Funk almost overpowering.... Curious if this is typical.

Super tight, needs 1-2 hours to decant. Slightly toasty and then opens up with cherry fruit, best mouthfeel of my 12s. From oldest vines at Coastlands planted in '89 to martini, Wadensvil,. Dry farmed for 15 years, and 25 year old vines now.

Holy shit! Cooked cherries, bay leaves, toasty cinders and a hint of reduction. Incredibly explosive ripe raspberry fruit on palate with sizzling acidity. Finish for days!!Giving burgundy a true run for its money!! Good job Ross!
