What was your last critic rated “100pt” wine? This one, a huge Napa Cab, an atypical wine for me, but it was beautiful after a 4 hour decant. 15.5% alcohol, but you would never know it. Incredibly deep, layered and intensely flavored with marvelous texture and mouthfeel. Rich black and blue fruits, mocha, subtle hints of charcuterie and seamless oak integration with a 30 second finish. 💥

This was a great evening the other day. Friend Tom's birthday, and one of our youngest friends Jorge's first time at michelin 3 star. Called it his baptism lol

This is a about the 10th time drinking this beauty!! Dark and looooong!! Round black fruits perfectly balanced. Still a baby!! I would love to revisit in 10 years - just don’t know if there will be any left then. Thanks Luca for the tenth time!!!

Nov 30th, 2017Ripe red raspberry on the nose. Big is not the word.... huge dark black fruit but soft long tannins. Finish goes on for what seems an eternity. Dark chocolate covered black cherries

Incredibly well balanced. Blue fruit followed by mushroom and graphite. It finishes with a touch of chocolate. Fantastic wine.

I'm not a new world guy by any means. I usually approach 100 point score Parker wines with a big chip on my shoulder. Suffice it to say, this wine does not suck one bit. Juicy, balanced, just yummy. I'm deducting 5 points because it's new world, just on principle.
