Slow to open, but structurally sound. Sleek and light in build, this has a fine backbone and excellent acid. Mainly red fruit---tart at first but softening with air--along with rose petal and slight crushed rock. Solid apéro Bourgogne!

The acidity is extremely intense, to the point that it is maybe even unnaproachble for people not used to that. The flavors lean more toward vibrant, tart red fruit - cherries and strawberries - with some perfume aromas happening as well. Not very earthy or soft. I bet this ages pretty nicely as that acid clams down and intergrates. 2013 vintage

Decent, but I don’t get the fuss, but then again, this isn’t the only wine from our local grocery store that’s gotten rave reviews here on Delectable but fails to impress here at home. Could be improper storage.

Lots of ripe red fruit and florals on the nose with a palate of cherry, and spicy notes. Loved it.
