Fay Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

I absolutely need another bottle of this.

Strong mocha on the nose and palate - hint of dark fruit

Aromas of green bell pepper, tomato stalk, raspberries, jalapeño and cooking spices; round and big palate, balanced acidity with firm tannins; flavours of raspberries, red cherries, peppery, vegetal notes and a bit jammy on the finish

Wine of the night. Opens up to an extraordinary nose of violets and florals. Loads of fruit and great texture. This is such a classic. Three cheers to the Fay Vineyard.

Woah. I am not a Cab Sauv girl but woah. Notes of coffee, cherry and just dope wine.

Needed a couple hours to open up, but totally worth it.
